Subscriptions:

• Cancel within 30 days: full prorated refund for unused tasks
• Cancel after 30 days: no refunds, but remaining tasks will be available until the end of the current term.

One-time Fixes:

• If we cannot complete your task or you’re not satisfied, we’ll either fix it again or issue a refund (at our discretion)

Exceptions:

• Tasks already worked on may not be refunded
• Abuse of refund policy may result in account suspension
