By using Fixndash, you agree to these terms:

1. Services

Fixndash provides small-to-medium WordPress fixes and ongoing support tasks, either pay-per-task or via monthly plans.

2. Turnaround

• Dash Fix: 48-hour turnaround
• Dash Standard: 24-hour turnaround per task (queue-based)
• Dash+: 6-hour turnaround (priority queue)

Turnaround time begins once task access and instructions are confirmed.

3. Scope

Tasks are limited to frontend/backend tweaks, layout adjustments, plugin configurations, etc. Anything outside scope (e.g., full redesigns) may be quoted separately.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe/SureCart. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel anytime. See Refund Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer

We’re not responsible for third-party plugin or theme conflicts beyond our control. You agree to back up your site or let us do it prior to work.
